Helen Flanagan was all smiles as she cuddled up to her new footballer boyfriend Robbie Talbot during a day out at the beach with her three children over the weekend

Helen Flanagan, the former Coronation Street actress, was spotted enjoying a beach day with her new footballer beau and three children over the weekend.

Despite only starting to date Robbie Talbot earlier this year, Helen appears smitten in her new relationship. On Saturday, 12 October, the 34-year old-actress took to Instagram to share a series of photos from their day at Formby Beach in Liverpool.

The pictures featured Robbie, 44, and her three children - Matilda, nine, Delilah, six, and Charlie, three, whom she co-parents with her ex-partner, footballer Scott Sinclair.

The Celebs Go Dating star looked radiant as she snuggled up to her son in one photo, embracing the brisk British seaside air, and in another, she was seen cuddling her new boyfriend Robbie.

In the snaps, Helen is seen beaming, her arms wrapped around Robbie, dressed in a snug tiger print fleece, black jeans and New Balance trainers. Her blonde hair was casually tied up in a bun and she sported a makeup-free look, showcasing her glowing skin.

Robbie, who held Helen close in the picture, wore a blue body warmer, navy blue trousers and white trainers for their family outing. Other photos offered a peek into Robbie's bond with Helen's three children, who seem to have given him their stamp of approval.

In one playful shot, Robbie is seen holding hands with Matilda and Delilah as they kick their legs up for a fun photo, while another snap shows him giving Helen's eldest daughter a warm hug, both of them grinning at the camera.

In her heartfelt Instagram post, Helen wrote: "Lovely day with my bf and my babies and autumn the fox as Delilah got star of the week." The outing and Helen's blossoming romance received a wealth of heartwarming comments from followers. One fan expressed: "Looks like a proper family day."

Another conveyed: "It's so lovely to see you happy darling, you and the kids deserve all the happiness in the world." A third commended Robbie's rapport with the children: "He's a keeper looks like the kids get on well with him which is a big plus."

Meanwhile, another commenter was confident about Robbie's intentions: "Looks a really genuine guy got a good feeling about him and so good with your lovely children."

Helen crossed paths with Robbie at Alderley Edge in February, shortly before she inked her deal to appear on E4's Celebs Go Dating. Despite her undeniable connection with Robbie, she chose to continue with the show, where she even locked lips with some potential suitors.

"I'd always wanted to do the show, it was a great opportunity," Helen explained to OK! Magazine. Robbie shared his understanding of the situation, commenting: "We weren't serious at that point, we were just dating. And we communicated the whole way through. I knew all along what was happening."

Eight months on from the show's airing, their love is no longer a secret and they've been enjoying family life with Robbie's kids, Sophie, 14, and Carina, 10, from a previous relationship.

Helen couldn't help but praise her partner, saying: "I've never met anyone like him. He's not only a lovely man, but he's really, really funny. And he had the balls to chat me up! Usually, I don't get that, but he has so much confidence. And he really takes care of me."

Discussing the possibility of expanding their brood, Helen admitted: "I'm always broody. But my pregnancies have always been hard. I suffer from hyperemesis gravidarum, so I get really terrible sickness. When I was pregnant with Charlie I had such guilt, even now, about not spending enough time with the others because I was poorly. But still, I can't help but be broody. I love babies."
