Victoria Beckham 'worried' over son Cruz's relationship with older girlfriend Jackie Apostel

Cruz Beckham, the youngest of the Beckham clan, has been packing on the PDA with his older girlfriend Jackie Apostel as the pair enjoy dates in Paris and Miami. Now a source says that Beckham matriarch Victoria is feeling a tad uneasy about her son's 10-year age gap romance, and doesn't want her kids to settle down too quickly.

In a clear sign that things are hotting up, Cruz, born in 2005 in Madrid, shared a heartwarming "I love u" on social media for Jackie's 29th birthday recently. But a source has told OK! that while Victoria acknowledges her children, including Cruz’s siblings Brooklyn, 25, Romeo, 22, and Harper, 13, have been forced to grow up more quickly than non-celebrity kids, she doesn't want them to rush into anything too serious.

"Although Victoria is pleased that Cruz seems happy in his relationship, she does have some concerns about the age gap and whether her youngest son is ready for that kind of commitment," the source said. "She really likes Jackie, and Jackie seems to get on with all the family but Victoria would be lying if she said that her being 10 years older than Cruz isn't a worry. Cruz is still a teenager whereas Jackie is a fully grown woman who is at a different stage in her life and may want things that Cruz is not quite ready for."

Cruz, believed to be putting the final touches on his debut solo album, has been dating gorgeous singer-songwriter Jackie since April, following his split from Norwegian musician Bby Ivy, real name Viktoria Reitan. The couple has been spotted together multiple times, including a cosy lunch with Victoria celebrating her Paris Fashion Week success.

Earlier this week, Cruz brought Jackie to watch Inter Miami, co-owned by his father David, compete against New England Revolution at Florida's Chase Stadium, alongside his mum and sister. However, his relationship breakdown with his ex was also the talk of the internet asr his ex Bby prepares to release a new song called The Breakup, which many believe is about her relationship with Cruz. At the time of their split, Cruz was accused of cheating on Bby with Issey Moloney, one of the UK's most successful TikTok influencers.

Although sources dismissed the cheating claims as "nonsense" at the time, a recent TikTok post by Issey and Bby, captioned "when he thought u would never find out about each other but now ur besties", raised a few eyebrows.

Adding more drama to the mix, 21-year-old Bby is set to drop her latest single, The Breakup, on Friday, 25 October, and revealed to fans that the song was inspired by a recent relationship in which she “woke up one day and saw photos of him with some other girl”. The lyrics include: "'Cause now you're with her, you're taking her places, and I'm at the bar seeing different faces...hoping sometime you'll realise baby you skipped over the breakup".

Cruz's parents, who tied the knot in 2009, have had their fair share of infidelity rumours themselves, with Rebecca Loos and others claiming dalliances with the soccer star. The source says that with Cruz embroiled in his own cheating whispers, Victoria wants him and Jackie to enjoy their time before it gets too serious.

"Victoria knows her kids have had to grow up quicker than 'normal' kids but she wants them to have as much fun as possible before they settle down," a source revealed. "She is conscious of being seen as the interfering 'mother-in-law' but she has to protect her children and she's also joked that she doesn't want it to be Cruz who is the first one to make her a grandma! ".
