Gogglebox star Izzi Warner shocks fans as she confirms split from long-term partner

Gogglebox's Izzi Warner has left fans stunned with the revelation that she is currently single.

The star of the Channel 4 show, who appears alongside her sister Ellie, surprised viewers by announcing she has split up with Grant, her long-term partner who she shares two kids with.

The couple had been together for a number of years, with their first social media posts together dating back to 2014. They shared a home in Leeds with their two children, Bobby and Bessie Rose.

On Friday night's episode of Gogglebox (October 11), Izzi opened up about being single, revealing she split with Grant 18 months ago. Prompted by her sister Ellie to describe her ideal man, Izzi listed her requirements for a new partner, reports Birmingham Live.

Izzi said to Ellie: "My partner who is practically perfect in every way, do you want to hear it? It's quite extensive."

She then detailed her 'Mary Poppins' list, telling her sister: "I've separated it into essentials and nice-to-haves. So on the essentials we've got: hardworking, open-minded, kind, attractive, good with money, clean criminal record, zero drugs police/no drink problem, emotional intelligence, full head of hair, patient, discreet, loyal, supports my hobbies, wants to be my plus one.

"And then nice to haves: nice teeth, nice car, generous, good style, taller than me, cooks nice dinners. So hence why I've been single for the last 18 months."

Viewers of Gogglebox have been left shocked by the revelation that fan-favourite Izzi is now single. On X, formerly Twitter, one commented: "Wait, Izzi is single?" Another viewer concurred: "Izzi single? I never knew that." A third added: "Wait what did izzy say that she was single??"

Back in May, Izzi was praised by her followers for sharing snapshots of her "first solo" vacation with her children. Taking to social media, the mortgage advisor uploaded a video montage of their time at Disneyland.

She wrote alongside the video: "Disneyland, you were magical," adding: "This was my first solo trip abroad with kids and I just threw myself in at the deep end but I am so glad I did! It was super tiring but so worth it for the memories we've made. This won't be my last trip with them now I've done the first but maybe somewhere a bit more relaxing next time."

In a show of support, Gogglebox co-star Baasit Siddiqui responded: "Awww looks like you had an amazing time. Well done for being outnumbered! It's hard enough when both me and Mel have the munchkins together! ".
