Joe Sugg has found himself being sent the same message after he was seen supporting girlfriend Dianne Buswell live in the Strictly Come Dancing audience.

The former YouTube star and presenter is constantly the dancer's biggest cheerleader as she takes part in the BBC One dance contest with comedian Chris McCausland.

But this weekend Joe, who met Dianne when they were paired in the dance show in 2018 where they finished as runners-up, got to head to Elstree Studio to watch all the action unfold in person on Saturday night (October 5).

He got to see Dianne and Chris perform their Wayne’s World-inspired jive in Strictly's annual Movie Week special. The pair appeared as the film’s main characters, with judge Craig Revel-Horwood describing their performance as "packed full of fantastic rhythm".

Then, during Sunday night's (October 6) results show, Chris, who is Strictly's first blind contestant, and Dianne were confirmed to have made it through to the next week of Strictly 2024 where it was revealed they'll be performing a Salsa to Men At Work's 'Down Under'.

But following the show, Joe took to social media and shared a selfie he captured with Dianne and Chris and said: "On Saturday I went to watch movie week on Strictly. What a show it was.

"Movie Week usually reminds me of High School Musical (still don’t think I’ve ever watched it) and Craig telling me my bottom was sticking out during the whole performance.. but I think from now on it will remind me of how proud and impressed I was to witness that performance. @diannebuswell @chrismccauslandcomedy, That was something special. Well done."

But it left Joe being quizzed by fans about the official Strictly podcast he previously fronted. @emloukelly said: "It was so good! Joe - where is the podcast?!!" @eddo_official commented: "Wish the podcast was here this year but it was SO lovely to see your face in the audience on my telly last night!"

@dheeley asked: "Do you not do the podcast now, Joe?!" @joannamargaretkay wrote: "Missing the podcast." @callydunne5 replied: "They were amazing. Really missing the Strictly Podcast this year." @wedydorithy added: "Miss your podcast on Sunday evening."
