New Look shoppers hail £27 off the shoulder jumper in six colours as 'essential' for autumn and winter

Over the summer we saw an influx of bardot style tops and dresses hit the high street and it's a trend that is set to continue into winter. Many fashion fans will no doubt be ditching their cotton and silk tops for something a little bit more appropriate for the cool weather.

If you've been thinking about incorporating the style into your wardrobe this season, you'll most likely want to check out New Look. The fashion retailer is offering a 'gorgeous' bardot jumper that has been hailed as looking like it's from a Pinterest board.

New Look shoppers have been obsessing with the Cream Knit Foldover Bardot Jumper and we can definitely see why. It costs just £26.99 and is available in five other colours including black, grey, beige, brown and red.

The midweight knit has been crafted in a slim fit and a regular length that can be effortlessly paired with virtually any trousers or skirts in your wardrobe. It is finished off with long fitted sleeves and would look sleek and elegant on its own or under heavier layers during cold snaps.

New Look's Cream Knit Foldover Bardot Jumper has earned a 4.5 overall star-rating out of five from 20 reviews. One shopper said: "Lovely soft jumper, great fit and beautiful colour. Good value too."

Somebody else penned: "This blouse is really nice. The fabric feels soft and comfortable, and it fits well. I like the simple design, which makes it easy to wear for different occasions. The colour is just as shown in the picture, and it looks good with jeans or a skirt. Overall, I’m happy with this purchase."

A third wrote: "Straight out of Pinterest. My daughter says its a beautiful item of clothing that is essential for the upcoming autumn season."

Among the not-so-glowing reviews, one shopper hailed the Cream Knit Foldover Bardot Jumper as having a 'lovely colour' but a 'tight fit'. They said: "Lovely colour but tight on the bardot neckline. Not much movement, might be worth sizing up for comfort/movement."

But another loved their latest New Look purchase, adding: "Gorgeous jumper, lovely fit, I’m size 10-12 and purchased a medium, fits perfect."
