The second international break of the season sees England back in action, aiming to build on their promising start under interim manager Lee Carsley. The England U21s manager has stepped into Gareth Southgate's shoes after his summer departure, while the search for a permanent successor goes on.

The Three Lions emerged as winners in both Carsley's introductory games during September's international break, beating the Republic of Ireland and Finland both by a 2-0 score-line.

Those two results left them in second place in Group 2 of League B. However, Carsley's team have an opportunity to leapfrog their next opponents, Greece, when they embark on their third match of the campaign.
