Manchester Christmas Markets 2024: When do the markets end?

Manchester Christmas Markets 2024 get underway today with more than 200 festive stalls lining our city centre streets.

The festive stalls open up their chalet-lodge doors on 8 November and will be open for over six weeks and treating us to seven glorious weekends of Christmas joy compared to the usual six.

This year Manchester Christmas Markets are spread across nine locations in the city centre: Piccadilly Gardens, Market Street, Cathedral Gardens, Exchange Street, New Cathedral Street, St Ann's Square, Exchange Square, The Corn Exchange and King Street.

Manchester Christmas Markets end on 22 December at 6pm, so make sure to plan your visit before you run out of time to get your annual mulled wine fix!

When do the Manchester Christmas Markets end?

Manchester Christmas Markets 2024 will end on Sunday 22 December at 6pm. The food and drinks stalls at Cathedral Gardens will remain open until December 31 and the ice rink will remain until 1 January.

What food can you get at the Manchester Christmas Markets 2024?

There is a fantastic variety of food and drinks stalls at the Manchester Christmas Markets this year including hot roast pork from Porkys of Yarm and homemade crumble puddings from Mr Crumble at Piccadilly Gardens, Bavarian Strudels from The Pancake House at St Ann’s Square, handmade pies from The Great North Pie Company at Exchange Street and many more. Manchester Christmas Markets opening times

Craft stalls and stalls selling seasonal goods will be open each day from 10 am - 8 pm and the food and drinks stalls will be open from 11 am - 9 pm.
