Emmerdale Dingle family member death 'sealed' as Tina 'set to kill' in shock twist

Emmerdale's Tina Dingle, played by Samantha Power, is predicted to be involved in a shocking murder plotline, according to fans who believe they've deduced her victim.

The character returned to the Dales last week for her father Zak's funeral, a character portrayed by Steve Halliwell, whose off-screen death led to his body being brought back from Scotland to the Emmerdale village.

Tina was last seen in the Dales in 1996, with Jacqueline Pirie in the role. However, following Zak's death, Tina made a dramatic return last week, causing quite a stir at the funeral. The Dingles were soon embroiled in drama as Tina began insulting the family and attempting to stake a claim on the family home, overshadowing Zak's farewell.

Despite being on tag, Tina was eventually taken away by the police, but she returned to the village in Monday's episode (October 21). In an unexpected twist, it was revealed that she is the biological mother of Vinny, played by Bradley Johnson, who was adopted by Mandy, portrayed by Lise Riley.

Following this revelation, fans are speculating that things could take a dark turn for Tina. Viewers suspect that the disruptive character might end up murdering a fellow villager in a shocking twist, with a family member potentially meeting their end, reports Leeds Live.

Fans have shared their theories online, suggesting that she might kill Tom King, played by James Chase. Tom, Tina's brother-in-law, has been a source of drama for the Dingles after abusing his wife Belle, played by Eden Taylor-Draper, earlier this year.

Emmerdale enthusiasts speculate that Tina might be the one to halt Tom's villainous spree. A fan speculated on an Emmerdale Facebook group: "What if Tina found out about Tom's assault on Vinny? Could she be the one to kill Tom?"

The theory gained traction among the soap's followers, with comments such as: "There's a thought!" and "I think she will come to Belle's rescue." Another added their hopes for Tina's storyline: "I hope so, it would be a good way to redeem the Tina character."

Samantha, who portrays Tina, hinted at her character's traits: "Well, she has no filters, and she will literally do anything to make sure she gets her way, including her claim to the house. She is not one to be trusted! I loved it! ". She further described Tina as: "She is feisty, bolshy, selfish, and she always seems to have an agenda and won't stop at anything to get what she wants!".

Reflecting on unforgettable experiences during filming, Samantha recounted: "There was one specific scene with Lisa where I was face down in a pool of mud. That was extremely memorable, and I loved every second of it. There was also a scene which involved an explosion, which was so impressive."
