Today (Friday, October 4), her heartbroken fiancé issued a message to her.

Matthew Grant Williams and Victoria had just returned from their first family holiday in Majorca with their two-year-old daughter, whom he says Victoria "doted on."

Today Matthew has spoken out for the first time, the tearful father clutched on to the couples young daughter as he confirmed that he and Victoria were due to get married and hadn't yet set a date.

Speaking from their family home in Malton he said: "I hope she comes back safely. Obviously, this one is missing her mam. It is just sad."

North Yorkshire Police say a range of enquiries are ongoing to try and locate Victoria, with the focus of activity being in the Malton and Norton areas. Officers were earlier seen scouring the River Derwent in kayaks after it emerged that some of Victoria's belongings were found close to the river bank.

“We are very concerned about Victoria’s whereabouts and, like her family and friends, just want to see her safe and well," Inspector Martin Dennison fromNorth Yorkshire Police said.
