Daisy Campbell, who plays Amelia Spencer in the ITV soap, has tackled some daring storylines including a teenage pregnancy and the revelation of her real father.

Recently, Amelia has embarked on a relationship with Tom King (James Chase), despite his abusive conduct towards his estranged wife Belle (Eden Taylor-Draper). The plot is set to peak in the upcoming weeks, with indications that Tom is on his way to jail as Belle finally attains justice.

Fortunately, Daisy's real life is far less tumultuous than Amelia's. The 21 year old actress frequently updates her fans about her life on social media, often posting glamorous photos from trips to places like Ibiza, Dubai, and Paris.

Daisy, who was raised in Leeds and attended the Scala School of Performing Arts and Rebel Acting School, isn't the only one in her family with an intriguing career. Her younger brother Finley once featured in a Sainsbury's advert, while her sister Rhona is a national dance champion. She is believed to reside at home with her family, reports the Mirror.

Daisy regularly flaunts her luxurious lifestyle to her 81,000 followers, posting pictures of herself in beautiful dresses at award ceremonies, or heading out to party at the upscale Sketch in Mayfair or The Ivy Asia. She's also a big fan of Ocean Beach Club in San Antonio, Ibiza.

Daisy has candidly shared the challenges of dating in the spotlight, acknowledging that it's hard to discern genuine interest from fame-driven attention. Speaking to The Sun, she revealed: "I'm single. I do get a few boys chatting me up, I think everyone does when you're out with your friends. And it's a natural thing to worry that they're only coming up to you because you're on the TV. But I just want to concentrate on work at the minute, that's my main focus. I'm a bit of a workaholic."

The soap star also discussed how her on-screen roles can lead to amusing mix-ups with fans. Daisy recounted: "It's so funny. When people see me on a night out, they're like, 'Where's your baby? ' And when Amelia was pregnant in the show, I'd get people coming up saying, 'Oh so you're not pregnant in real life then? ' Or they'd tell me I shouldn't be drinking in 'my condition.'"

Reflecting on her journey into acting, Daisy opened up about her early passion for performing and how it led to her long-standing role on Emmerdale. She told The Sun: "It's crazy when I look back. I'd always loved dancing since I was really little and my dance teacher told my mum that she should take me to drama school. A year later I got Emmerdale and I have been there ever since.

"Everyone was supportive and I surrounded myself with a really nice group of girls, who I'm still great friends with. I went to performing arts college after my GCSEs but quickly realised that all I wanted to do was work at Emmerdale full-time, so I decided to give it up. There's no better experience than working on the job so I decided to make it my priority - and I've not looked back."
