BBC Strictly Come Dancing fans spot 'cross' Vito Coppola's 'devastation' after 'incident' with Sarah Hadland

Strictly Come Dancing fans have said they can see Vito Coppola's 'devastation' after a training break 'incident' with Sarah Hadland. The pair are continuing to delight their fans with regular updates from rehearsals as they prepare for their next live performance.

After an impressive start to their run in the BBC One dance contest during weeks one and two, actress Sarah and professional dancer Vito are hoping to continue their positive trajectory in week three of Strcitly 2024 on Saturday night (October 5).

They are currently preparing to perform a Viennese Waltz to “Hedwig’s Theme” from Harry Potter for the show's Movie Week special ahead of the second dance-off and elimination of the series.

But those who follow Sarah and Vito on social media will know that behind the scenes, while Vito is trying to make Sarah the best dancer she can be, the actress is trying to convert the coffee-drinking dancer into a tea lover.

However, it also appears Vito is trying to resist Sarah's efforts by taking time out of rehearsals on Thursday (October 3) to get the actress, who he affectionately calls 'Trilly', to learn how to make one of his favourite coffees.

In the video shared on Instagram, Vito starts by explaining: "So after I have learned how to make a tea, today, Trilly is going to make my coffee. So I brought my Italian moka [pot] and you're [Sarah] going to make it."

The clip continues to show Vito explaining to Sarah, and those watching, what needs to be done. At one point, Vito was heard crying: "No" as Sarah wasted some of his coffee. But it quickly got worse when Sarah knocked over the bag of coffee, spilling some more out, leaving the 32-year-old to take over.

"Mamma Mia, look how much you wasted there," Vito solemnly said as he tried to save as much as he could from the side of the sink. He ended up finishing off making his coffee himself and after taking a sip, he said: "Now we can start today".

Captioning the clip, Vito wrote: "Today Let’s make the proper “Caffé italiano” with the moka like the tradition says. And now we are ready to start our rehearsal Trilly." But fans were quick to respond as they pointed out Vito's obvious upset.

I would of taken over then too." @kaybee3002 commented: "To be fair I felt Vito’s pain when you spilled that coffee. Looked like a damn fine brew!" @emmaosborne207 wrote: "Oh my, he’s cross. I never thought I’d see that."

@kevenlaw laughed: "That's the way to do it, screw it up so badly that you never get asked to do it again. That's what happens when people make me tea! It's just easier to do it yourself in the long run." @katef_live_with_no_regrets added: "Looks like the coffee is an Italian make he can’t get very often so every bit is precious . Totally agree Vito nothing like a great coffee."
