Rochelle Humes says she's 'not okay' as she marks 'life-changing' family moment

Rochelle Humes told her fans she was 'not okay' as she marked a family moment that changed her and her husband Marvin's life. The This Morning star is often giving insight into their family life on social media.

And so it was no different on Wednesday (October 9) when she marked her and her husband's youngest child's birthday. The couple, who tied the knot in 2012, share three children - daughters Alaia-Mai and Valentina and son Blake.

Ahead of Blake's fourth birthday, Rochelle took to her Instagram Story with a picture of the set-up ready to surprise the birthday boy. There was a giant board covered in colourful splashes while Blake's name looked like slime as a message read: "Blake turns 4".

Wrapped presents were seen in front of the board as Rochelle said: "All set for you little man..." alongside a face holding back tears emoji. She added: "How is our baby 4 in the morning?!"

The presenter and businesswoman has since taken to social media and shared moving pictures of the day her little boy arrived into the world. She posted a picture in which JLS star Marvin could be seen in hospital scrubs as he adoringly looked into at his son in his arms.

"4 years ago our life changed forever," Rochelle shared as she held back the tears. She then shared a picture of her holding the newborn four years ago to the day and added: "This little man completed us!"

She also shared a little insight into how the couple let some of their loved ones know about their latest addition at the time. Sharing a screengrab of a WhatsApp message, Rochelle told her more than two million followers: "Omg look what I found. I am not okay," before adding a crying emoji.

The message read: "Our boy couldn't wait any more and neither could we... Blake Hampton Humes. Born this morning, Friday 9th October at 8.44am weighing 8 pounds 2 ounces. We are SO in love and he's already got mumm wrapped around his finger. They are both doing really well. Please keep to yourself for now... Marv x."
