BBC Strictly Come Dancing fans make same Pete Wicks claim after emotional response to performance

Pete Wicks had fans of Strictly Come Dancing making the same claim after his emotional response to his latest scores. The podcast host and reality star appeared taken aback alongside dance partner Jowita Przystal as they impressed with their latest routine.

After Pete channelled George of the Jungle for his Movie Week routine the previous weekend, the former TOWIE star was seen debuting another new look.

It came as Pete and Jowita took to the dancefloor with their Quickstep to A Town Called Malice by The Jam and while it impressed viewers, Craig Revel Horwood was quick to point out that his hip rolls didn't belong in his routine, which landed them a total of 29 points out of 40.

After getting their scores, Strictly viewers took to social media to comment on Pete and Jowita's seemingly emotional response to the feedback.

But they were also shared the same remark about Pete's improvement in the competition. @beartops123 said: "Pete is what Strictly is all about for me. His progression and improvement in 4 weeks is extraordinary. Jowita is an absolute goddess on the dance floor, and is a phenomenal teacher . Just imagine how amazing he will be in another 4 weeks."

@cateybooloo commented: "This is what strictly is about pete to win has zero dance knowledge but four weeks later really learning fast you go pete we bloody love you and your best mate Sam so cute." @cazziehiggins wrote: "Fantastic - this is what the show is all about, to see Pete just getting better and better every week is fabulous. Well done Pete, you both are amazing."

@LauraGarside posted: "Pete has gone from someone I didn't really care about to my absolute fave. He is what #Strictly is all about. We are watching him get better and falling in love with dancing every week." @RyanTheSoapking added: "#Strictly #StrictlyComeDancing For someone who couldn't dance a step in W1 and lacked complete confidence - Pete for me is what this show is all about. Within the space of 4 weeks he's totally fallen in love with dance and he's improving and showing some great potential."

It came as Pete's cheeky look at dance partner Jowita was called out by judge Shirley Ballas. The pair's chemsity has been a constant topic of conversation among fans of the show and this weekend it wasn't just Pete's dance moves that was praised by Strictly's head judge.

Speaking after their routine, Shirley told Pete and Jowita: "You belted across that floor. I don't think I have ever seen anybody shift their weight across in a quick step like that and that is a good thing. That shows that your technical qualities are starting to get better, your frame start up is exquisite, it drops a bit in the middle but so does everybody elses at week four."

She then added: "I love the smouldering look that you had between the two of you. I didn't mind that little hip role at the end, it was a little treat actually. You sir are improving week upon week." They were met by cheers from the crowd as Pete and Jowita beamed at each other.
