Tasha Ghouri has told fans she 'has no words' as she was left emotional over a message from one of her followers. The Strictly Come Dancing star was flooded with comments and posts after appearing on spin-off show It Takes Two.

Tasha and her professional dance partner Aljaz Skorjanec appeared on the BBC2 show with host - and Aljaz's wife - Janette Manrara to chat about their recent appearance in the ballroom and what's next after they received a near-perfect score last weekend.

Tasha was brought to tears as she and Aljaz scored the first 10s of the 2024 series for their Charleston to Unhealthy by Ann-Marie and Shania Twain.

It was then confirmed during the results show on Sunday night (October 13) that Tasha and Aljaz, who has returned to the BBC One dance contest following a two-year hiatus, had made it through to week five of the competition following he latest public vote.

They'll next be seen in the ballroom this Saturday (October 19) where the pair will perform the Tango to Dog Days Are Over by Florence + The Machine.

Janette asked: "Tasha, going back to your dance, though. We're going into week five now. You have had four incredible dances that you've delivered that are now under your belt. The scores are still high. Does that make you a little bit nervous?"

Tasha confessed that she is "taking each week as it comes" because "not every dance style is the same." The 26-year-old told the host: "I'm not going to be expecting high scores every week, which is not possible."

Following the show, Tasha took to social media with snaps of herself dressed up for the live weekday show. She looked fabulous in a denim two-piece which she paired with barely-there white heels and silver jewellery. She also tied her blond locks up into a curly do which showed her sparkly cochlear implant.

Following the post, Tasha was tagged in an Instagram Story which said: "The reason why I'm not scared to wear my hair in a ponytail is @tashaghouri. Not only amazingly talented as a dancer but what you're doing for the deaf/hidden disability community in the process is brilliant! You are a role model to many including myself. But equally, your talent is phenomenal."

Reposting the message, Tasha appeared emotional as she replied: "I have no words [face holding back tears emojis]. Thank you so much!! All I ever want to do is this! Thank you for sharing this and your kind words."

After receiving more message, former Love Island star Tasha said: "Thank you sooo much!! All of your beautiful messages mean the absolute world. Thank you."

It comes after Tasha was seen supporting Janette following an emotional update on social media which comes as she juggles her work commitments as well as holding down the fort at home with one-year-old daughter Lyra Rose will her husband Aljaz dedicates himself to his Strictly return.

She posted a video to Instagram in which she could be seen crying while being driven in the back of car. It was alongside the post that the mum-of-one candidly wrote: "This is an honesty post for any parent that needs to hear it….. WE’VE GOT THIS.

"It’s tough to balance parenthood and work, but we all do our absolute best. It’s getting harder and harder to leave Lyra at nursery as she’s getting older and more aware, and our bond is growing stronger. But I know it’s the best for both of us right now. I can get to work knowing she is safe, and she develops social skills and stronger immunity to viruses all while having fun and learning.

"She always cries when I leave her, but she is fine after a few minutes. It hurts so hard to see her upset and holding on so tight to Mami. But I remind myself that she is learning from example, a loving mami who protects and cares for her, and also works hard to provide for her family, and make her dreams come true. P.S. Thanks to the nursery team for the tissues as I left #RealFeelings #GoodToShare #Parenthood #RealityOfLife #WeGotThis."

And it didn't take her fans and followers to respond with messages of love and support. Strictly contestant Sam Quek said: "I hear you mama, you’re doing amazing and you got this. I had it this week, you’re not alone. See you very soon." Aljaz's dance partner Tasha also replied: "You’re doing amazing!! Sending big hugs and kisses."
