Two critical after crash
by Ben Low-On · CastanetThe Vernon North Okanagan RCMP are investigating a collision that left two people in critical condition.
Around 11 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 10, officers responded to the 2700 block of 15 St. where paramedics and firefighters were assisting two occupants in a Pontiac Grand Am.
The driver and passenger of the Pontiac were taken to hospital for treatment of life-threatening injuries.
An investigation determined the Grand Am was travelling at high speeds when it lost control and veered off the road. Two other vehicles and a hydro pole were damaged in the incident.
A member of the RCMP Integrated Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Service attended the scene and is assisting with the investigation.
