Diddy: Lawyer Says He’ll File 120 Suits Alleging Sexual Assault, Including Against Minors

Diddy will soon be facing a barrage of new lawsuits accusing him sexual assault, a Houston lawyer announced — including more than two dozen from people who say they were minors at the time of the alleged incidents.

Tony Buzbee gave a press conference on Tuesday (October 1) to announce that he was filing 120 separate civil suits against the embattled mogul — along with multiple other people and entities — for a variety of alleged offenses. Diddy, through his attorney Erica Wolff, told HipHopDX that he “denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors.”

The cases, Buzbee said, had a “typical M.O.” Alleged victims were invited to a party and made to take a drink in “90%” of the cases. The lawyer claimed that the drink was drugged and the plaintiff would be sexually assaulted and “passed around” among partygoers while others “enjoyed the show.” Afterwards, he alleged, the victim was threatened in order to keep him or her quiet.

“You’re sensing a common theme, and it involves some sort of drug,” Buzbee said.

The alleged assaults, he continued, occurred at events including afterparties, album release parties and Diddy’s famous All-White parties.

The plaintiffs, the attorney explained, were equally split between men and women — and 25 of them said they were minors at the time of the alleged acts, which range over a 25-year span from 1991 to this year.

Some of the alleged assaults, Buzbee said, occurred at auditions. More than 55% of the plaintiffs, he noted, had filed reports to police or hospitals. He said he has “pictures, videos [and] texts” that back up some of the victims’ claims.

Diddy will, the lawyer claimed, not be the only prominent person in the suits.

Buzbee did not mention anyone specifically, but said: “The names that we’re gonna name…are names that will shock you.

“We will find the silent accomplices. We will expose the enablers.”

In addition to other people, plaintiffs will include “corporate entities,” Buzbee continued, including banks, hotels, and pharmaceutical companies.

The attorney said he plans to begin filing the suits within the next 30 days, and was open to the idea of cooperating with the federal authorities currently charging Diddy criminally for sex trafficking and racketeering.

“We welcome the FBI and any authority that wants to come to us,” he said.

Diddy’s attorney Erica Wolff issued a statement in response to the press conference.

“As Mr. Combs’ legal team has emphasized, he cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a reckless media circus,” she wrote. “That said, Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors. He looks forward to proving his innocence and vindicating himself in court, where the truth will be established based on evidence, not speculation.”
