Diddy's Legal Woes Worsen As Male Sex Worker Gives 'Freak Off' Tape To Feds
by Sam Moore · HipHopDXDiddy‘s sex trafficking and racketeering case has taken another twist as footage of one of his alleged “freak offs” has reportedly been handed over to federal prosecturs by a male sex worker.
According to TMZ, an unnamed sex worker met with prosecutors on Wednesday (September 25) and signed a proffer agreement, which allows him to offer testimony without the threat of prosecution for any crime he may have been involved in.

It’s reported that the man engaged in a “freak off” with Diddy and an unnamed woman in May 2023, roughly six months before the wave of sexual assault lawsuits against the Bad Boy boss began.
The man is said to have told prosecutors he flew from Atlanta to Miami to meet with Puffy and the woman for the sex session, with the mogul allegedly watching and filming the pair having intercourse.

The male sex worker claims to have a copy of the video and has provided it to prosecutors as part of their case against Diddy.
It adds to a growing collection of evidence already in the possession of prosecutors, who say they discovered additional “freak off” footage and over 1,000 bottles of baby oil during the raids on Diddy’s homes earlier this year.

Prosecutors allege that these “freak offs” were not consensual encounters, and that Diddy used drugs, violence, threats and blackmail to force women into participating while also transporting male sex workers across state lines and internationally.
The 54-year-old has been charged with racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution.
Diddy’s lawyer Marc Agnifilo maintains that all sexual encounters were consensual.
He said to the New York Post: “These are consensual adults doing what consensual adults do. We can’t get so puritanical in this country to think that somehow sex is a bad thing because if it was there would be no more people.”

Agnifilo also told TMZ that Diddy was looking forward to testifying in his upcoming trial.
“I don’t know that I can keep him off the stand. I think he is very eager to tell his story and I think he will tell every part of his story, including what you see on the video,” the attorney said. “I expect it’s going to be explained by the both of us.”

The video he was referring to was the shocking footage of Diddy brutally assaulting his then-girlfriend Cassie in a hotel in 2016, which leaked earlier this year and prompted an apology from the mogul who had initially denied her allegations of abuse.
