Nick Knowles' fiancée Katie Dadzie has reportedly clashed with his Strictly Come Dancing partner Luba Mushtuk over a 'tense' situation in the rehearsal studio

Nick Knowles' future bride is said to be at odds with his Strictly dance partner Luba Mushtuk, as she's reportedly spending a lot of time in the studio. DIY SOS presenter Nick, aged 62, has been practising diligently for the BBC dance contest with Luba, 34.

Nonetheless, tensions seem to be mounting amongst the pair and Nick's fiancée, Katie Dadzie, age 35, who owns a lingerie business and got engaged to him in 2022 after their two-year romance. A source reported that Luba felt uneasy with Katie's ongoing presence during rehearsal times.

Luba allegedly expressed to those backstage that Katie's continual "interruptions" were impacting her ability to coach Nick well, especially as some of their dance steps necessitate them being physically close. The Sun was informed by a source: "Luba found the constant interruptions exasperating because she felt it was disturbing their training and routine.

It was starting to affect how Luba could teach, given that she felt Katie's eyes on her when they were in close holds. Luba is a complete professional but no one can deny that it is awkward having your partner's girlfriend in the room. Katie seems to be very clingy to Nick."

It's been mentioned as well that the stress had been a topic of conversation among Luba and fellow show participants, however, Katie has since lessened her visits to rehearsals

Representatives for both Nick and Luba have been approached for further comments by The Mirror, reports the Mirror.

Katie and Nick's relationship is currently going strong, but it hasn't always been smooth sailing. They've had to work hard to maintain the spark, with Katie once considering ending things.

Ahead of their Strictly Come Dancing appearance, they spoke exclusively to Closer about their 27-year age difference and the importance of spending quality time together despite busy schedules. Nick, preparing for his third marriage, said: "We try to do some amazing trips – we've just come back from Dubai which was fantastic. And we like to treat ourselves with overnight stays at Home House. It's a members' club in London and you don't need to be a member to stay there. The rooms are beautiful. It's almost like a museum because it's so stunning."

Katie, a businesswoman who runs lingerie brand Boa Boa, shared: "Nick is definitely a romantic. He cooks lovely dinners for me, something that he'll know I really like, especially when I'm not feeling great. We always have a date night where we'll pick a really great restaurant. We also love hotel stays and nice holidays! ".

The journey has been rough at times for the couple, as Katie, a mother of two, initially found it difficult to handle Nick's celebrity status in the beginning of their relationship. Nick revealed to The Times how Katie was left shattered by 'horrible, racist abuse' from vile online trolls as he reflected: "You just get people being properly vile. So you understand when she goes, 'I don't know if I want to be around this'."
