2025 Jeep Meridian Facelift Launched In India At Rs. 24.99 Lakh

2025 Jeep Meridian facelift gets a five-seater layout for the first time along with new feature additions but no visual and performance changes have been made

Jeep India has introduced a mid-cycle update for the Meridian SUV in the domestic market with prices starting at Rs. 24.99 lakh (ex-showroom) for the base variant. The refreshed Meridian is available as a five-seater for the first time and it continues to be sold with a seven-seater layout. The range-topping Meridian Overland is priced at Rs. 36.49 lakh (ex-showroom).

The 2025 Jeep Meridian Longitude Plus carries a price tag of Rs. 27.5 lakh while the Limited (O) costs Rs. 30.49 lakh (both prices, ex-showroom). The American manufacturer has added new features to the Meridian facelift’s lineup but the exterior remains the same without any changes. It comes with an upright front fascia boasting a multi-slated grille section.

The front bumper area, fog lamp housing, central air intake, headlamp assembly, lower bumper trim and bonnet structure along with the horizontal thick chrome trim remain the same as before. The sharp LED headlamps are accompanied by LED Daytime Running Lights and the side profile continues with a large greenhouse enabled by tall pillars and a long roof.

It gets multiple wheel choices including a set of Y-shaped 18-inch alloy wheels. The rear comes with slender LED tail lamps, a bumper with reflectors and a skid plate. The equipment list now comprises Level 2 ADAS technology and new in-car connected features have also been included. Elsewhere you could find, a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system.

It supports wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity while a 10.2-inch digital instrument console, wireless smartphone charger, a dual-pane sunroof, powered and ventilated driver and co-passenger seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, system, adjustable headrests, and much more have been made available.

With no change in performance, the familiar 2.0L four-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine is utilised and it produces a maximum power output of 170 PS and 350 Nm of peak torque. The powertrain is mated to a six-speed manual transmission or a nine-speed torque converter AT. While it stays put with 2WD and 4WD configurations, the base Longitude is the only model retailed with five seats and it loses out on features such as sunroof and ventilated seats. Bookings are open for Rs. 50,000 and deliveries will begin by the end of this month.
