Maruti Baleno Regal Edition Launched In India With New Features

Maruti Suzuki India has officially launched the Baleno Regal Edition, a limited-time special variant which is available across all trims of the premium hatchback. Here are all the upgrades you need to know about the Maruti Baleno Regal Edition.

Exterior

Starting with the exterior upgrades, this Special Edition features a new grille upper garnish, fog lamp garnishes, body-side moldings, and front and rear underbody spoilers. It gets LED projector headlamps.

Interior

Inside the cabin, the Maruti Baleno Regal Edition is enhanced with a stylish interior kit, new seat covers, all-weather 3D mats and window curtains to elevate the overall appeal. In terms of features, the Regal Edition includes a color head-up display, a 9-inch SmartPlay Pro infotainment system, an auto-dimming rearview mirror and a 360-degree camera.

Safety Features

The Baleno Regal Edition also comes with the NEXA Safety Shield, featuring six airbags, Electronic Stability Program (ESP), ABS with EBD and Hill Hold Assist. Additionally, the premium hatchback comes equipped with Suzuki Connect telematics, featuring over 40 advanced smart features.

Engine

The Maruti Baleno Regal Edition is equipped with a 1197 cc, four-cylinder petrol engine, churning out a peak power of 88.5 bhp at 6,000 rpm and 113 Nm of max torque at 4,400 rpm. The engine can be paired with either a 5-speed manual transmission or a 5-speed AMT.

Variants with Complimentary Accessory Package

The Maruti Baleno is offered in four variants, including Sigma, Delta, Zeta and Alpha. Talking about the pricing, the Baleno price starts from Rs 6.66 lakh and goes up to Rs 9.83 lakh (both prices, ex-showroom).

The Alpha variant includes complimentary accessories valued at Rs 45,829, while the Zeta trim offers accessories worth Rs 50,428. The Delta Regal Edition comes with free accessories totaling Rs 49,990, and the Signa variant features a complimentary accessory package valued at Rs 60,199. In other news, the company has also introduced the Grand Vitara Dominion Edition, a special version with complimentary accessories valued at Rs 52,699.
