Prince Louis is known for wearing his emotions on his sleeve - whether it's reacting to loud noises, breaking into spontaneous dance, yawning loudly, or pulling funny faces, the young Royal doesn't shy away from expressing his feelings at major Royal events. And he had onlookers in hysterics during one particular moment at the Trooping the Colour in 2023.

Louis was seen travelling in an open horse-drawn carriage alongside Prince George and Princess Charlotte, their mother, Kate Middleton, and Queen Camilla as they made their way from Buckingham Palace. Body language expert Judi James shared with Fabulous how the future Queen adeptly managed her children during this public appearance.

"Kate's firm but subtle signals ensure the children keep feeling enthusiastic and, in Louis' case, excited," she observed. "She beamed with pride when Louis started miming drumming along with the band in the carriage."

"Talking to her children there were a couple of gestures of what looked like guidance about when to wave. There was also a spreading gesture of both hands that would normally mean quite a severe message of when to stop or what not to do , too. She also put her hands below public view in the carriage to mime that 'stop' or 'end' sign to them as though warning them where the boundaries were, and on the way back she was doing small reward nods and smiles for their good behaviour, to ensure they were enjoying the event too."

Despite the best efforts of his mother, young Louis still managed to be the centre of attention. The cheerful youngster, seated between his older siblings, was spotted waving to the crowds as the royals journeyed to Horse Guards Parade, reports the Mirror.

However, he got distracted at one point - and couldn't hide his distaste. Louis was seen dramatically reacting to the smell of horse manure, humorously holding his nose to make his point.

Later on the Palace balcony, the young prince continued to amuse as aircraft soared overhead for the stunning flypast. He was seen covering his ears from the noise before pretending to be one of the brave pilots in the sky above him.

2023 was indeed a memorable year for little Louis. In addition to attending his first Royal Family carol service, he participated in his first official engagement, volunteering with the Scouts, and nearly stole the show at the Kings' Coronation.

Throughout the historic event, Louis provided plenty of amusement, charming viewers with his expressive mood - and numerous yawns. Considering his age and the length of the service, Louis behaved exceptionally well – as did his siblings.

But he had his moments. During the two-hour service in Westminster Abbey, Louis was seen holding hands with his sister Charlotte, yawning, and whispering to her in the pews.

The young Royal then embarked on a carriage ride through the streets of London. Despite his cheerful smiles and waves to the crowd, he couldn't resist yawning as they journeyed towards Buckingham Palace.

The public has always had a soft spot for Louis, particularly after his amusing antics during the late Queen's Platinum Jubilee in 2022. Although the then-four year old was only seen twice during the bank holiday celebrations, he provided plenty of meme-worthy moments.

His first appearance was on the Buckingham Palace balcony on Thursday, alongside the Queen and other royals. As they watched the RAF flypast, Louis pulled several animated faces, covered his ears and screamed into the air.

He also shared a sweet moment with his great-grandmother, bringing a big smile to her face. Louis truly shone at the Jubilee pageant on Sunday.

At one point, seemingly bored, he sank into his seat and covered his face, later being photographed engrossed in the programme. However, he soon got into the spirit of things, dancing along to the music and cheering on performers from his seat.

Louis was also seen giving his mum a sweet kiss, resting his head on her shoulder and cuddling her - before playfully wagging his finger at her, sticking out his tongue, and covering her mouth with his hand as she tried to speak.
