Munster beat Ospreys 23-0 in a rainy Virgin Media Park this evening.

Tries from Chris Farrell and Calvin Nash had the hosts up at the break. Unfortunately, both Oli Jager and Peter O'Mahoney went off due to injury in the first half.

Meanwhile, Leinster made it 3 wins out of 3 in the URC earlier this evening.

They beat Benetton 35-5 at Stadio Comunale Monigo in Treviso.

They have now secured a try scoring bonus point in every game so far this season. Jack Conan was named man of the match as he scored in the first half.

Ulster fell to another defeat in South Africa as they were beaten by the Bulls 47-19.

Manchester City and Arsenal have kept the pressure on Premier League leaders Liverpool - but both were given a scare.

City held on to beat Fulham 3-2, while Arsenal came back from a goal down to claim a 3-1 victory over Southampton.

Liverpool were 1-0 winners at Crystal Palace in the early game.

Wolves remain winless after being thrashed 5-3 by Brentford.

West Ham eased past Ipswich 4-1, while Leicester edged Bournemouth 1-nil to pick up three points for the first time this season.

Newcastle can move into the top four if they triumph at Everton this evening.

That game is into the second half where it remains scoreless.

Elsewhere, Liverpool goalkeeper Alisson is expected to miss the next few weeks of action after coming off injured today.

Moving day was kind to the Irish golfers during round 3 of the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship today.

Tom McKibbin is best of the Irish so far after a third round 66 brought him up to 12 under par for the week.

Padraig Harrington is 11 under after a round of 68 today while 4 under rounds for both Shane Lowry and Rory McIlroy leave them on 10 under par.

Alex Maguire will miss the cut after finishing the day on 4 under par.

6 birdies on the back nine means England's Tyrell Hatton will take the lead into the final day on 22 under par.
