2 students die, 3 injured as car crashes into multiple vehicles in Gurugram

Two students died and three people were injured when a speeding car lost control and crashed into another four-wheeler and a motorcycle after jumping lanes in Gurugram on Monday.
The incident took place around 9.15 am when four students were going towards Sohna Road from their accommodation in DLF Phase-III, a police official said, news agency PTI reported.
The accident occurred when the rear tyre of their vehicle burst, causing the car to be thrown over to the other side of the road. The car first hit a pole, then another vehicle coming from the opposite direction before crashing into a motorcycle, injuring the rider.
A video from the accident site showing the condition of the two vehicles surfaced on social media. The video showed many people gathered at the incident site.
The accident also led to a traffic jam in the area.
