Lava has launched its mid-level smartphone-- Lava Agni 3, in India. It is the first Indian smartphone brand to bring an iPhone-like Action button to its device, at a starting price of Rs 20,999. Another standout feature of the Lava Agni 3 is that it sports a dual display. The additional display is housed on the camera module on the rear panel which showcases notifications, weather and more. Lava Agni 3: Price and availability

The Lava Agni 3 launch price in India starts at Rs 20,999. The company has launched two storage variants: 128GB and 256GB, coupled with 8GB memory. The sale will go live on October 9 and pre-booking are available starting today.

Lava is offering an 8GB+128GB variant without charger at Rs 20,999 and with charger at Rs 22,999. The 8GB+256GB variant will be available for Rs 24,999. With introductory offer, every model will get Rs 2,000 off and the variant without charger in the box gets Rs 1,000 off.

Lava Agni 3: Specs

Lava Agni 3 pioneers the iPhone-inspired Action button in Indian smartphones, allowing users to customise shortcuts. The phone's sleek glossy glass rear adds a touch of luxury, ensuring a solid grip. This cutting-edge design blends style, functionality, and durability, making Lava Agni 3 a standout in the Indian market. The phone is expected to come in two colours: Pristine white and Heather Blue.

Lava Agni 3's display stands out with its curved design, featuring two AMOLED screens: a 6.78-inch 120Hz front display and a 1.74-inch secondary display on the rear.

The secondary display on the rear panel is called Insta display.

The 1.5k resolution with 120Hz curved display does not only enhance the look but also offers an enhanced viewing experience.

Under the hood, the Lava Agni 3 is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 7300 processor, paired with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage, ensuring seamless multitasking. This smartphone will compete against Nothing Phone 1, iQOO Z9s, and Moto Edge 50 Neo. With an Antutu score of 770,000, the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chip falls into the upper mid-range performance category. The smartphone runs on Android 14 with 2 years of Android updates. The third model of the Agni series follows the bloatware-free UI.
