After today's roll out, Meat is planning to aim for 43 countries in the Middle East region. The upcoming rollout includes regions such as Algeria, Egypt, Indonesia, Iraq, Jordan, Libya, Malaysia, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Thailand, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates, Vietnam, and Yemen. Meta AI will also start supporting Arabic, Indonesian, Thai, and Vietnamese languages by the end of this release cycle.

It is interesting to note that Meta has also said to be expanding the language support. Since Meta AI will now be available in several countries, it is a basic necessity to include almost every language in its AI assistant. So far, Meta AI supports 7 languages, including Hindi and Hindi-Romaized Script. French, German, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish are also available in Meta AI.

In the updated blogpost, Meta stated, "Following this gradual rollout, Meta AI will be available in 43 countries and a dozen languages. That means more people than ever will be able to use Meta AI to dive deep on topics that spark their interest, get helpful how-tos and find inspiration for art projects, home decor, OOTDs and more. In fact, Meta AI is already on track to become the most used AI assistant in the world by the end of the year with almost 500 million active users monthly."

Meta AI is available on all the products by Meta, including WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Messenger and more. At Meta Connect, Mark Zuckerberg revealed Meta AI has surpassed 490 million users worldwide. He predicted the chatbot will surpass all others to become the globe's most popular assistant by 2024's end.

In the same blogpost, Meta also stated that the rollout of Meta AI on Ray-Ban Meta glasses in the UK (voice support only) and Australia is scheduled for today. This update will let more users interact with Meta AI on the go, hands-free.

Previously, Meta has unveiled an exciting new update for its Ray-Ban smart glasses, allowing users to make video calls through popular messaging apps WhatsApp and Messenger. This new feature aims to enhance users' sharing experiences by enabling them to share their view in real-time during calls, whether it's capturing a stunning landscape on a hike or seeking advice while grocery shopping.

The Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses come packed with advanced technology, including integrated audio and an ultra-wide 12-megapixel camera. While all of it is very advanced, the visual data might be used to train the AI. According to TechCrunch, Meta has confirmed that the Ray-Ban smart glasses might use all the images to train its AI model. The report stated that previously, the company stayed quiet about the query. But after some days, it was pointed out that this might be the case, based on the privacy policies. Read the detailed story here.
