Actor Kushal Tandon says he's 'in love' with Shivangi Joshi, shares marriage plans

Kushal Tandon confirmed dating his Barsatein co-star Shivangi Joshi. The actor also talked about his marriage plans and what his parents think about their relationship.

Actor Kushal Tandon, known for his popular TV shows, has confirmed dating fellow actor Shivangi Joshi. The two have been rumoured to be dating each other for a long time after their holiday pictures went viral. Now, in an interview, Kushal mentioned that they are "taking things slow" and marriage could be on the cards.

While speaking to Times of India, the Bigg Boss 7 contestant referred to Shivangi and shared that his parents have finally ended their search for a daughter-in-law on her. Kushal said, "I am not getting married right now, but I am definitely in love. We are taking it very slow."

He added that his mother wanted him to get married as soon as possible. When asked if he was thinking of taking his relationship with Shivangi to the next level, Kushal neither accepted nor refused.

He continued, "My mother desperately wants to see me married and unka bas chale toh meri shaadi aaj hi karwa dein (she wants to get me married right away). And waise dekha jaye toh kuch bhi ho sakta hai, kabhi bhi (And honestly, anything is possible. Anything can happen anytime). But the best part is that the search for a suitable girl for me by my parents has stopped now."

Kushal and Shivangi featured together in the Sony TV show Barsatein - Mausam Pyaar Ka. The two reportedly fell in love with each other on the sets of the show and have been inseparable ever since. While Shivangi has never spoken about dating Kushal, this is the first time that the latter has confirmed the news. Their fans have been shipping them together for over a year.
