Video: Robbers loot jewellery in Bihar, flee after store owner opens fire

A jewellery shop owner shot at two people while they were stealing from his shop in Begusarai in Bihar.

In the CCTV footage of the incident, four robbers, who were armed, can be seen stealing from P P Jewellers in Begusarai's Patel Chowk. Jewellery of around Rs 40 lakh was looted by the robbers from the shop, following which the shop owner, Pramod Poddar, shot at two robbers with his licenced pistol.

The injured robbers have been admitted to the hospital, while two others are absconding.
