A bus carrying school children met with an accident near Morni, close to Tikkar Tal on October 19. The incident occurred due to the driver reportedly driving at high speed, causing the bus to overturn and fall into a gorge near Thal village.

Around 10 to 15 children sustained injuries in the accident. Emergency services quickly arrived on the scene to rescue the injured, with all affected children being taken to the primary health centre in Morni for treatment. Some were also transported to the civil hospital in Sector 6, Panchkula, for further medical attention.
