Tamil Nadu Board Class 10, 12 exam 2025 datesheet out. Check detailed timetable

Education Minister Anbil Mahesh Poyyamozhi has announced the board exam schedule for the Tamil Nadu board examinations for Classes 10, 11, and 12. According to the announcement, Class 12 exams will commence on March 3, 2025, and will continue until March 25.

The Directorate of Government Examination, Tamil Nadu has published the datesheet for the Tamil Nadu SSLC (Class 10th), HSE +1 (Class 11) and HSE +2 (Class 12) board exams.

All the candidates can check the Tamil Nadu Board exam datesheet 2025 on the official website, the link for which is dge.tn.gov.in.

According to the schedule announced, Class 12 exams will take place from March 3 to March 25, 2025, with practical exams scheduled for February 2 to February 14. Class 11 exams are set to be conducted from March 5 to March 27.

Additionally, Class 10 exams will be held from March 28 to April 15, with practical exams taking place from February 22 to February 28.

Last year, a total of 8,94,264 candidates appeared for the Tamil Nadu SSLC examination, with 4,47,061 girls and 4,47,203 boys. Of these, 8,18,743 students, or 91.55 percent, successfully passed the exam.
A total of 8,11,172 students appeared for the Class 11 final exam, with 7,39,539 passing, resulting in a pass percentage of 91.17 percent.

Further, a total of 7,60,606 candidates appeared for the Class 12 (HSE) final exam, with 7,19,196 passing, resulting in an overall pass percentage of 94.56 percent.
