The University of Mumbai has postponed certain exams for online and distance learning courses. A notification issued on October 18 announced that all examinations originally scheduled for November 19 and 20 will be rescheduled to new dates.

The exams have been rescheduled because of the Assembly elections in Maharashtra.

The university also announced new examination dates in its notification. All exams originally scheduled for November 19 will now take place on November 30, while those set for November 20 will be held on December 7. The timings and venues for the exams will remain unchanged.

Additionally, the university has extended the deadline for admissions to online and distance learning courses for both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.

The deadline for first-year admissions to MMS courses has been extended until October 30. Furthermore, the admission process for the PG Diploma in Financial Management (Sessions 1 and 2) has also been extended.
