The Vivo X series has built a reputation for its impressive cameras, but with the upcoming X200 series, Vivo is aiming to deliver not only top-tier photography but also a powerful battery in its flagship devices. According to reports, the Vivo X200 is expected to feature a robust 5800mAh battery, marking a significant upgrade in battery performance.Vivo has officially confirmed that the Vivo X200 series will launch on October 14 in China. This flagship lineup will include three models: the Vivo X200, Vivo X200 Pro, and a compact version, the Vivo X200 Pro Mini. The company’s Vice President, Jia Jingdong, has already shared the design of these upcoming phones, giving users a sneak peek of what to expect.

Design and Build

The Vivo X200 Pro and Pro Mini models are designed with a premium look. The Vivo X200 Pro Mini will feature a micro-quadruple camera setup on the back, along with a smaller display that has narrow borders and rounded corners. Both the Pro and Mini models will have large camera modules on the back, and the Pro model will have a slimmer profile. The ZEISS optics used in the previous X100 series will continue to be part of this new lineup, enhancing the camera's performance.
The Vivo X200 Pro will be available in various colors, including white, titanium, blue, and black, while the Mini version will also come in green and pink. Though the phones will first launch in China, they are expected to be available in India by early 2025.

Features of Vivo X200 Pro Mini

Despite its smaller size, the Vivo X200 Pro Mini packs powerful features. It is expected to have a 6.3-inch 120Hz LTPO OLED display with 1.5K resolution, providing a sharp and smooth visual experience. The device will run on the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 chipset, offering high performance for both everyday tasks and gaming.

For photography, the Pro Mini will come with a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-818 main camera, a 50-megapixel ultrawide camera, and a 200-megapixel periscope telephoto lens with 3x zoom, ensuring excellent photo quality and zoom capabilities. The phone will have a 5,700mAh battery that supports 90W wired and 50W wireless charging, ensuring fast charging for extended use.

Features of Vivo X200 Pro

The Vivo X200 Pro will have a larger display, possibly 6.7 or 6.8 inches, and a 6,000mAh battery. The Pro model will also support advanced camera features powered by the V3+ ISP (Image Signal Processor). It will feature a 200-megapixel telephoto lens with 135mm focal length, allowing for high-quality zoom shots, as well as 4K slow-motion video at 120fps, telephoto macro mode, and even 4K backlit movie portrait mode for video enthusiasts.

In terms of software, the Pro will run on Vivo’s OriginOS 5 based on Android 15. It will come with AI-powered features like voice transcription, real-time translation, beauty filters, and AI-driven characters for a better gaming experience.With its powerful hardware, advanced camera features, and sleek design, the Vivo X200 series aims to set a new standard in flagship smartphones. The series is expected to hit the Indian market by early 2025.
