Diddy could be facing even more legal trouble as he has been accused of sexual misconduct by 120 new accusers.

Attorney Tony Buzbee announced at a press conference that he will be representing the dozens of accusers whose allegations supposedly took place over the course of two decades. Andrew Van Arsdale, a lawyer for one of the plaintiffs, also told the Washington Post that the upcoming lawsuits will be filed in New York, Los Angeles and Miami by men and women who were aged between nine and 38 years old during the incidents. Buzbee revealed that 62% of the accusers are African-American, 25 of them were minors at the time and the earliest incident dates back to 1991.

Buzbee further confirmed that his team has “collected pictures, video, texts” involving “many powerful people” with “many dirty secrets.” He also claimed that more than 3,000 people have reached out to him with accusations against Diddy, and that the civil claims against him will include “violent sexual assault or rape, facilitated sex with a controlled substance, dissemination of video recordings, sexual abuse of minors.” He added, “It’s a long list already, but because of the nature of this case, we are going to make sure damn sure we are right before we do that. These names will shock you.”

“We will expose the enablers who enabled this conduct behind closed doors. We will pursue this matter no matter who the evidence implicates,” Buzbee said during the press conference. “The biggest secret in the entertainment industry, that really wasn’t a secret at all, has finally been revealed to the world. The wall of silence has now been broken.”

Diddy is currently in detention at the Metropolitan detention center in Brooklyn and is facing charges of sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution. He pleaded not guilty and was denied bail.
