Investigation into fire at Auckland mosque underway

Investigators were at a mosque in the Auckland suburb of New Lynn this morning following a fire.

Fire and Emergency said it was called to the fire on Astley Avenue by police about 9.40am.

The fire was extinguished by 10.15am.

There were no reports of injuries.

Fire investigators were at the site.
