Kate Lawler makes VERY X-rated revelation as she admits sleeping with 'over 50' men

While she is now happily married, Kate Lawler once revelled in the single life as she recently confessed to sleeping with "over 50" people.

The former Big Brother star, 44, walked down the aisle with podcast company owner Martin Bojtos in June, 2022, during a dreamy ceremony held in Shoreditch. One year prior, Kate Lawler gave birth to their first child, a daughter named Noa, who was given the role of flower girl at their wedding.

But before she found love, Kate confessed to presenter Anna Richardson that she once felt no pressure to settle down as she "loved being single" and made the most of it as she often had "casual sex."

Speaking on Anna's It Can't Just Be Me podcast, Kate lifted the lid on her former life as a single woman: "I've been in love a few times but I loved being single and just having casual sex with people, I probably did ghost a few guys at the time." Ghosting, a term which originated during the 2000s, refers to the practice of ending a personal relationship with someone by suddenly, and without explanation, withdrawing from all communication.

Kate continued: "I don't know how many people I've slept with but I know it's over 50, but my twin sister has only slept with like seven." This ultimately led her into a "toxic relationship" with an individual who wouldn't let her call things off when she wanted.

"I met my husband when he was nearly 30 and I was 33. It's been 11 years. When I met him I was in a dark place after coming out of a toxic relationship with someone else," Kate shared, adding: "That toxic relationship I had to write a letter to end it because he wouldn't let me leave."

But while she has found her match, Kate was candid about her marriage struggles with Martin, 40, as the pair have been in "couples' therapy" after admitting things "haven't been easy" following Noa's birth.

Opening up about the arrangement during a chat with The Sun, she said: "Before we got married, we went to couples' therapy regularly and we still do from time to time. You talk things out and it helps you to see things from your partner’s point of view, and makes you think, ‘Well . . . actually maybe that was my fault’. It’s hugely beneficial."

She then disclosed: "When you’re a parent, you have to accept you’re not going to have the time — or the energy — to do things you did before your child came along. Martin is more, ‘Come on, we haven’t had time for ourselves for ages, let’s get in the bedroom’ than me. I take a bit of convincing."
