NFF Changes Venue For Super Falcons Vs Algeria Friendly

The first leg of the international friendly match between Nigeria’s Super Falcons and their Algerian counterparts has been officially relocated to the Remo Stars Stadium in Ikenne, Ogun state.

Initially, the Super Falcons of Nigeria and Algeria senior women’s team were scheduled to play their international friendly at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena in Onikan, Lagos.

This exciting encounter is still on track to take place on Saturday, October 26th, as originally planned. The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) announced the venue change on Wednesday, October 23, although they did not provide any specific reasons for this decision.

Following the first match, the second friendly is set to be held at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena in Onikan on the following Tuesday. Both matches are scheduled to kick off at 4 p.m. Nigeria time.

The Super Falcons have already commenced their preparations for these crucial friendlies, having started training sessions on Tuesday. This period of training is essential as the team gears up to showcase their skills against a competitive Algerian side.
