Problems for northbound drivers on HWY 99, HWY 91 clear
by Charlie Carey · CityNewsDrivers heading north on Highway 91 and Highway 99 ran into long delays Thursday morning.

A multi-vehicle collision on the Alex Fraser Bridge before the Cliveden Exit had the left lane blocked.
While that crash cleared around 8 a.m., Highway 91 northbound was still slow from the truck rest area.
Meanwhile, a three-car crash on Highway 99 at the Highway 91 exit in Delta had the left lane blocked. That crash cleared just before 9 a.m., however, highway 99 was backing up heavily into South Surrey.
