As I'm sure you know, Beyoncé has been particularly vocal during this election.

Not only did she endorse Kamala Harris, but she and Kelly Rowland also spoke at Harris' rally Friday, Oct. 25. Beyoncé also granted permission for Harris to use her song "Freedom" at rallies. So long story short, she's been very supportive.

And on Election Eve, Beyoncé decided to grace us with another gift — this time in the form of a post-Halloween costume, and a music video of sorts.

I can't get enough of celebrity Halloween costumes, so this is nothing short of amazing.

Who did she dress as this time, you might ask? It might confuse you at first, because this A-Lister is Canadian, so hold your horses...

It's Pamela Anderson. Yep, Beyoncé paid homage to SEVERAL of Pamela's iconic looks, all compiled in a beautiful video, which she posted to her Instagram on Nov. 5.

Well, let me explain — the post is more than just a video. It's a full-on MUSIC VIDEO for her 2024 song "BODYGUARD." She begins the video dressed as Pamela Anderson in the 1996 action movie Barb Wire:

And of course, Beyoncé channeled her inner Pamela Anderson in Baywatch, wearing a punny "BEYWATCH" swimsuit:

And finally, Beyoncé dresses like Pamela Anderson at the 1999 MTV Video Music Awards — but in the video, she calls it the "9999 No Visual Awards," essentially trolling the fans who've been waiting for a music video since 2020:

Pretty spot on, eh? Well, you might be wondering what this has to do with voting. Well, in the video, she shoots a prop gun, and out pops a flag with the word "Vote" on it. The video is also captioned "#VOTE" on YouTube.

And I know what you're thinking: Halloween is long gone, so clearly this has nothing to do with the holiday. But you'd be wrong. The last shot in the video is a black screen with the words "HAPPY BEYLLOWEEN," followed by "VOTE."

And so what if Halloween was 5 days ago? If Beyonce declares it Happy Beylloween, then so it shall be done. Especially when it coincides with her encouraging people to vote, a message that also pops up at the end of the music video:

After years of begging Beyoncé to drop visuals for Renaissance and Cowboy Carter, she used this election moment to finally do so. So even though Pamela Anderson doesn't have anything to do with US politics, it doesn't really matter — because at the end of the day, people are still loving it.

Everyone: panicking over the election

So I guess Beyoncé wanted the last laugh for this year's Halloween, and she sure got it — because I think we can all agree, she killed it.
