In what appears to be an effort to cast doubt on Kamala Harris's previous employment at McDonald's, Donald Trump decided to toss an apron on and pretend to work at the establishment himself.

Yup, you heard that right. The 78-year-old has been accusing Harris of lying about her previous work at McDonald's, and the best way to highlight this baseless claim, I guess, was to schedule a photo-op where he handed out food to his supporters.

The irony of his own "employment" was not lost on people, and images of Trump at his first and probably only day on the job quickly became memes. Here are some of the best:
