Structure collapses at Mumbai-Ahmedabad bullet train site, three dead
Emergency teams are actively working to rescue the trapped individuals.

According to the information released, the incident occurred this evening at a construction site of bullet train projects in Vasad village, wherein concrete blocks present there collapsed, killing three of the four labourers trapped underneath it.
Sharing an elaborative detail of the incident, Anand Fire Officer, Dharmesh Gor, said, "Fire brigade teams have reached the spot, and we have cleared the debris, and two rescued people have been sent to the hospital, out of which one has died. Two dead bodies have also been recovered...A total of three people have died in the incident."
Significantly, it is pertinent to note that as the bodies of the deceased have been recovered, the officials also mentioned that the fallen blocks are continuously being removed to ensure that no other workers were trapped underneath.
