Yahoo Boy ties lady for ritual inside Abuja hotel + Video
by Ganiyu Mubarak · The Eagle OnlineA lady, simply identified as Olivia, was reportedly kidnapped and tied inside Top View Hotel, Wuse, Abuja by a suspected internet fraudster, popularly known as Yahoo Boy, and who identified himself as Alex, for money ritual purposes.
According to available information, the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps arrested the suspect in the hotel in Abuja.
The Federal Capital Territory Police Command has confirmed the incident.
A statement by the spokesperson of the FCT Police Command and a Superintendent of Police, Josephine Adeh, said: “The FCT Police Command is aware of the video footage circulating about a lady who was criminally confined in Top View Hotel, Wuse, Abuja on 17th September 2024, by an alleged internet fraudster for money ritual purposes.

“Findings revealed that the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) has taken the suspect into custody and has yet to hand him over to the police for a diligent investigation.
“The FCT Police Command is prepared to commence a thorough and discreet investigation once the NSCDC hands over all parties involved.
“Further developments will be communicated in due course.”
