Princess Eugenie put on a chic display in a neutral monochrome ensemble as she was spotted leaving the swanky Mount St. restaurant in Mayfair last night.

The relaxed royal, 34, who recently revealed that she is going to be an aunt again, after her sister Princess Beatrice announced her pregnancy last week, donned a satin skirt with a matching olive zip-up jacket.

Commanding attention in the shimmering skirt, Eugenie's trendy ensemble was teamed with a simple white shirt and black boots, accessorised with a leather handbag.

Holding a little Selfridges bag in her one hand, the other hand held her phone, which she was pictured using as she left the lavish London restaurant.

Earlier in the day, the King's niece attended the Frieze Art Fair in the British capital, wearing the same stylish outfit.

She opted for a chic make-up look with black winged eyeliner, and styled her auburn tresses back and away from her face.

The event called itself 'one of the world's most influential' fairs for contemporary art,  and focused 'only on contemporary art and living artists'.

The Princess is known for her love of the creative industry, and Eugenie is Associate Director for gallery Hauser & Wirth.

Earlier this week, the royal revealed she and her sister exchange parenting tips 'all the time'.

It was announced last week that Beatrice, 36, is expecting her second child with Edoardo, who also shares Sienna, three, with his wife, and Wolfie, eight, with his ex Dara Huang.

Eugenie congratulated her beloved 'Beabea' at the time - saying she was looking forward to 'continuing the journey of motherhood together'.

In an interview with HELLO! Magazine, she shed further light on the close bond between the York sisters, including news that they share parenting tips and tricks with one another.

Eugenie said: 'I ring her a lot about meltdowns and what we do and this and that. When I was Instagramming that photo, I rang her, and I was like, "What do you want me to say?"

'Because I always want to ask, just in case. And she said, "Can't wait to talk about the trials and tribulations of motherhood."'

The royal sisters have children of similar ages: Eugenie has August, three, and Ernest, one, with her husband Jack Brooksbank, while Beatrice is mother to Sienna Elizabeth, three, and stepson Wolfie, eight.

Eugenie added: 'When your children are the same age and they're going through the same things, it's just the luckiest thing in the world… And Bea's my big sister, I talk to her about everything.'

Writing on Instagram after the news was announced, Eugenie wrote: 'Congratulations Beabea...

'So looking forward to more on this journey of motherhood together. And adding another little one to the gang.'

Posting a sweet selection of family pictures, she added: 'I couldn't find a single group shot of us. So this one from Christmas 2022 will have to do. Xxxx.'

The sisters' mother also Sarah Ferguson took to Instagram to share her congratulations to her daughter Beatrice following the royal's pregnancy announcement.

Celebrating the news, which was shared by Buckingham Palace earlier in the day, the Duchess of York, or Fergie, as she is affectionately known, posted several photos of Beatrice and granddaughter Sienna to her social media account.

The first photo showed herself and Beatrice, who was wearing a floral headband, crouching down with the princess's daughter, who was dressed in a white flower-girl style dress.

'A very proud GiGi/Mum today. Such an incredible blessing and an embrace to my heart,' the duchess captioned her post.

She also referenced all her grandchildren and her step-grandchild in her sweet post: 'Wolfie, August, Ernie and Sienna will be over the moon to have the fifth member of the five aside!'

Beatrice is the eldest daughter of the Duke of York and his ex-wife Sarah, and the new baby will be the Yorks' fourth grandchild, with Beatrice's stepson Wolfie making five.

In a personal address to her daughter amid sweet pictures of Beatrice, Sienna and Fergie's youngest daughter Princess Eugenie, the Duchess wrote: ‘Darling Beatrice. Words can’t quite express the joy and excitement I feel as you and Edo prepare to welcome another precious addition to your beautiful family.

‘Becoming a granny again fills my heart with so much happiness and gratitude. Watching you grow as a mother has been one of the greatest privileges of my life, and now to see you family blossom further is an absolute blessing.’

Fergie added: ‘Our family is growing, and so too is the love that surrounds us. I cannot wait to meet this little one and to see in all the wonderful memories we will make together. All my love.’

Beatrice's younger sister Eugenie, meanwhile, showed her excitement for the family's new arrival by sharing the announcement to her Instagram story, however she didn't post herself until later in the day.

The mother-of-two simply added a reaction picture of a Sesame Street puppet, which applauded enthusiastically.

The happy news comes during one of the royal family's most personally challenging years, with the King, the Princess of Wales and Beatrice's mother Sarah, Duchess of York all being diagnosed with cancer.

Sarah was treated for malignant melanoma skin cancer in January, just months after undergoing a mastectomy for breast cancer, but Beatrice said in May the duchess had been given the 'all clear'.

Announcing the baby news, Buckingham Palace said: 'Her Royal Highness Princess Beatrice and Mr Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi are very pleased to announce that they are expecting their second child together in early spring; a sibling for Wolfie, aged eight, and Sienna, aged three.

'His Majesty The King has been informed and both families are delighted with the news,' concluded the announcement.
