Man charged with murder after woman found with 'severe injuries'

 A man has been charged with murder after a woman died from 'severe injuries.' 

The 69-year-old woman was found by police in a house in the north Wales town of Rhyl on Thursday night. 

She was rushed to hospital, with what police have called severe injuries, but sadly died later on. 

Now, North Wales Police have arrested Dean Mark Albert Mears on suspicion of murder.

Mears, 33, will appear before Llandudno magistrates' court tomorrow.

A 25-year-old woman was also arrested on Friday on suspicion of assisting an offender.
