Danielle, who dated Liam and off from 2010 until 2012, previously revealed how the singer had contacted her just weeks before his passing to express his happiness for her after she welcome daughter Mia with new partner Sonny.
Taking to Instagram the model shared snaps documenting her travels in October with the last image a poem about grief by Donna Ashworth.
It read: 'You don't move on after loss, but you must move with. You must shake hands with grief, welcome her in, for she lives with you now. Pull her a chair at the table and offer her comfort. She is not the monster you first thought her to be. She is love,'
'And she will walk with you now, stay with you now, peacefully. If you let her. And on the days when your anger is high, remember why she came, remember who she represents'.
'Remember. Grief came to you, my friend, because love came first. Love came first.

Hotel worker and 'drug dealer' are arrested in Liam Payne death probe: Pair accused of supplying One Direction star with drugs before balcony fall - as his wealthy friend denies he's third arrested man
Captioning the post: 'Reflecting on moments in October.'
It comes as after 21-year-old and a 24-year-old have been named overnight by respected Argentine news website Infobae as two of the three arrested suspects. They are accused of supplying Mr Payne with drugs while a third suspect is under investigation for abandoning a person who subsequently died.
The publication described the 21-year-old, from Ingeniero Budge on the outskirts of Buenos Aires, as an employee of the CasaSur Palermo hotel accused of having supplied cocaine to Payne on at least two occasions.
The 24-year-old drug dealer is from Berazategui, a suburb south-east of the city centre. He allegedly supplied narcotics to the former member of One Direction in the days before his death.
The singer's close friend Rogelio 'Roger' Nores has denied that he is the third suspect and told MailOnline last night that he would never have abandoned the star.
Prosecutors have made it clear that any idea that Liam had committed suicide had been ruled out and said he was in a state of 'semi or total unconsciousness' as he fell to his death when he 'didn't know what he was doing.'
Tests have shown he binged on alcohol and cocaine before he died and also had traces of an antidepressant in his system.
Last month in the wake of Liam's death Danielle said she 'not mentally strong enough' to deal with the news before returning to social media with a lengthy tribute alongside a slew of snaps of them together.
Penning: 'Whilst we all take the time to navigate in a world without Liam, it's important to remember that while he was adored by millions as a world famous musician for the last decade, he was also someone's son and brother for more than 30 years, a friend to so many and more recently an uncle'.
'His most important role and something he was the most proud of out of all of his monumental successes was that he was a father.
She continued: 'The thought that there is a now a child growing up without one of their parents is heartbreaking and unfair.
'To Liam's son Bear, as well as his parents and sisters, my love, thoughts and strength goes to you. The magnitude of this loss is incomprehensible and I will continue to support you in any way I am able to.'
Before adding: 'Thank you for teaching me about the importance of setting boundaries, and that I should always protect my heart.
'Receiving a message from you a couple of weeks ago expressing your happiness for the love I found with Sonny and Mia is something I'll cherish forever'.
