Former TOWIE star Kate, 33, shared the scary news on her Instagram as she posted a snap in the back of an ambulance with her toddler but didn't say how he'd got the injury.
She wrote over the top: 'We ended a fabulous trip with a broken collar bone. My boy just always gets injured!!
'It's been sleepless nights, cuddles, tv & chocolate since.'
Kate and Rio, who married in 2019, are parents to Cree who born in December 2020 and daughter Shae, who was born last year via C-section.
Kate is also step mum to Rio's three children Lorenz, Tate, and Tia from his previous marriage to Rebecca Ellison who passed away in 2015.

The podcaster told how the frightening incident occurred at the end of their 'fabulous trip' and said how Cree 'always gets injured'.
She said that since the injury they have been dealing with 'sleepless nights' as he recovers.
Rio, 45, and wife Kate took the kids to the Maldives and were joined by his dad Julian.
During the trip Kate shared plenty of snaps of the time away as she posed in a pink bikini with shirtless Rio.
In another she wore a white bikini top and black skirt as she posed on a bike while exploring their luxury resort.
As Cree recovers from his injury Rio was back at work with his football commentary on Tuesday night with TNT Sports.
Before the holiday the family celebrated Halloween together.
