25-year-old construction worker shot dead in St Catherine
· The GleanerA 25-year-old construction worker was shot dead in St Catherine last night.
He has been identified as Kneguo Anthony Fonti, also known as 'Nico,' from Point Hill in the parish.
The incident occurred around 8:20 p.m. in Morrison District in the St Catherine North police division.
Residents reported hearing explosions and alerted the police.
A police team found Fonti with gunshot wounds to his head and upper body.

He was taken to Spanish Town Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The Spanish Town Criminal Investigation Branch is leading the probe.
