STEINS;GATE RE:BOOT has been announced
· My Nintendo NewsThe STEINS;GATE games, which are typically visual novels, have had a lengthy history on the Nintendo Switch. The vast majority of the games are available to play on Nintendo‘s hybrid console. The most recent game came out in 2015, though the various games have been getting ported to the Switch as recently as 2019.
Well, publisher Mages has officially announced a new STEINS;GATE game. It is going to be a reboot of the 2009 original that will have “new graphics and some additional story elements”. Because of this, it is being called STEINS;GATE RE:BOOT. It is slated for release in Japan in 2025, though the platforms it will be on was not specified.
